SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

At Nestified, we use USPS for all our shipping needs, with rates calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. Our available shipping options include USPS Ground Advantage, typically transferred to UPS SurePost with a delivery time of 2-5 business days, USPS Priority Mail with a delivery time of 1-3 business days, and USPS Priority Mail Express with a delivery time of 1-2 business days. The cost for each option is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Free shipping on orders over $30.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with orders placed after 2 PM EST being processed the next business day. Please note that no orders are processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA, U.S. territories, and military APO/FPO addresses. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link, allowing you to track your order directly on our website or through the USPS website. Occasionally, there may be delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions. In such cases, we will notify you of any significant delays via email.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at nestified24@gmail.com with photos of the damage. In the event of a lost package, we will assist in filing a claim with USPS. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to make the correction, though we cannot guarantee it.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Nestified, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at nestified24@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item.

For defective or damaged items, please contact us immediately at nestified24@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. If you need to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement, and we will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected.

Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please review the product description for any return restrictions before making your purchase.
